Our Services
At Immigration Advising Canada, we provide the following legal services.
Express Entry
Maria started practicing in Express Entry when it first opened in 2014 and because of her extensive practice she can help you prevent a refusal by making sure the application is absolutely perfect.
Sponsorship
As Maria says a Sponsorship application is all about not missing a single checkmark and having a high attention to detail. She will help you prepare a file in such a way that the officer won't have any questions or delays since the file will be very well presented and organized.
Visitor Visa, Study/Work Permits
Maria has her own unique approach to submitting temporary residence applications which ensures a high success rate. Her team can help you with LMIA work permit applications (if you already have an employer), study permits, visitor visas, extensions and temporary residence permit applications (for inadmissible persons or those who do not meet the requirements of the Act).
Provincial Nomination and other Pilot programs
Maria focuses on the provinces of Ontario, British Columbia and Atlantic provinces, however, her team can handle a provincial nominee application for any province of Canada, other than Quebec and Saskatchewan. We can also assist you with Rural and Regional Pilot program, Caregiver program, and other economic immigration options.
Citizenship
Hundreds of our clients have already become Canadian citizens and we can help you with this process as well.
Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds program
Maria's team is specialized in Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds applications for CUAET temporary residents from Ukraine.

About Immigration Advising Canada
Immigration Services Legal Team
Meet the team
Almost all of our team members are former immigrants to Canada and are passionate about making Canada a home for all the newcomers that come our way. We focus on applying the latest technology in order to make the process of applying for permanent residence smooth for every client. Another thing that sets us apart is the fact that each case is lead by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (Maria or Elena) or a Lawyer. We do not trust unlicensed people with making decisions, submitting a file, or answering complex questions for a client. Our Legal Assistants only assist in gathering basic information and documents from the clients. This ensures high quality of applications since experienced and authorized staff are in charge of our clients' files.
Maria Alekseeva
Senior Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Maria became a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant in 2014 and has helped hundreds of clients to relocate or immigrate to Canada ever since. In 2010 she graduated from McMaster University and applied for Express Entry through the Canadian Experience Class immigration program in 2011. Maria’s application was refused in error, yet she was able to appeal the decision and as a result achieved an approval after all. This inspired her to help others who may have found themselves in a similar situation.
